Marcio Kogan
According to IQD website Marcio Kogan “Born in São Paulo, Brazil in
1952, he graduated in 1976 from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the
Mackenzie Presbyterian University”.
Another design that could be help me with my project, will be House P / studio mk27 in Sao Paulo, Brasil, and the same architect I had talk about his design in Previous blog.
According to archdaily” House P is a fitting game. Rotating three volumes around a core generated not only a particular spatial dynamic, but also different visual relationships between full and empty, between private and semi-private areas and the view of the city”.
This design aided my project in that the exterior is who the modern beach houses design, very simple, and all the work was how the architect worked on the natural light of the house, and his addition of a touch of wood and use of concrete as a foundation.
Furthermore, the windows used in the building was some wall glass (doesn’t open) the other side was sliding wood wall for some of the part of the house that to make the house airier.
The picture above was explaining my point of the windows are closed glass.
Also, this
picture above was how Kogan works on the sliding door, I really like this type of
doors especially if there is pool or garden the same level of the house, because
it makes the place more spacious and airy.
If we notice in the floor plan how Kogan let the living room both sides are sliding doors
