Project Process: Location

Today I will look for the location of my project, and where will be. However, the place that I choose to locate my building will be in Neom, Saudi Arabia.

Neom is a new area and there are many projects that still not finished it, such as one of the big projects called The Line and my project will be in Sindalah island, this island there will be many facilities, because one of the famous hotels will open there Four seasons, also Marriott international.

According to Neom website “Marriott international, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement with NEOM to open three properties on its luxury island destination Sindalah, situated in the Red Sea off the northwest coast of Saudi Arabia”.

After seeing the resorts that will launch in the island, that will very good opportunity for my client to have all the entertainment and living there

Also, here is the place I am thinking to build my project.

My client might want to consider investing in his house so that he can rent out a room to other people while he is still living there. This will enable him to bring in additional income while he is still in his prime earning years.
